Are you after a breakfast recipe that is not only mouthwatering, but high in fibre as well?
Well I’ve got you covered with my Gluten Free Muesli Breakfast Cup which is not only high in fibre, but good fats as well.
Your hormones will love you with this dish because it has,
Hemp Seeds, which contain a healthy balance of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, which promote cardiovascular health. Coconut Yoghurt, which contains probiotic strains which help promote healthy gut flora. Chia Seeds, which are high in fibre packing a whopping 11 grams per ounce. This helps to remove toxins from the body, regulate sugar levels, and to help keep you fuller for longer.
1. Make the top layer first by placing all ingredients in a small bowl and stir through till it starts to thicken and the chia seeds are stirred through.
Then place in the fridge to set overnight, or for a few hours till it sets.
2. Place all the base ingredients into a high powered blender on high for 30-40 seconds.
3. Pour the base mixture into a high glass, then top with the middle layer, and sprinkle with The MuesliGluten Free muesli on top.
