Shipping & Delivery
Upon submission and payment of an order, the product will be dispatched to the address provided. Delivery will be by Australia Post (eParcel). A signature receipt service is offered, and will require someone to be at the specified address to sign for the delivery (or a note will be left that the package is held at the Post Office). Where no signature is chosen as the postage method, the package will be left according to the instructions given by the buyer. Best efforts will be made to deliver the product to your address within 3 days of the order.
Returns & Replacements
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from this site simply return your purchase within 14 days for a full refund - no questions asked. Sorry we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a "no charge" replacement, freight free. You will need to return the damaged product (or fragments which demonstrate reasonable evidence of breakage) to us for assessment.
Method of Refunds
Bodsquad will refund to your credit card or transfer directly via EFT to your account.
Returns Information / How to Make a Return
All we ask is that you print and fill in the Returns Form below, and return the product in its original condition with its packaging. We will also need a copy of your order confirmation record and goods receipt.
Ordering
Orders are for delivery within Australia only. Please order online, or contact us if you wish to stock the product or serve it on your menu.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All prices are in Australian Dollars. Payment is required at the time of purchase using PayPal. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account, as you are able to enter your details as a one off transaction. Pricing may change over time, and could include periods of promotion or volume discounts.

Current orders can be viewed in ‘my account’, as well as order history.
Updating Account Information
By setting up an account with themuesli.com.au, you are able to change your personal or delivery details, manage your orders, view recent purchases and reviews.
