Only four ingredients and ready in less than four minutes, this easy to make mug muffin is a great option for a snack or even a light lunch. This simple recipe can be made with many variations.
2 dstsp of The Muesli
2 dstsp of rolled oats
1/2 banana, mashed
Mix all ingredients together in a mug. Place in the microwave on high for a minute (or until firm to touch).
Serving suggestions: top with greek yoghurt, a sprinkle of cinnamon and/or raw cacao nibs.
