Plum-Berry Cups

Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 100g / 8 dessert spoons of The Muesli Gluten Free + 1 more dessert spoon for garnish
  • 3/4 cup of water
  • 2-3 large strawberries, finely sliced
  • 1 blood plum, pip removed
  • 1 cup of greek or coconut yoghurt (check the label for added sugar
  • 2 tsp of pomegranate seeds

Method

  1. Place The Muesli and your water in a small pot and slowly bright to a simmer, stirring regularly, under the water is absorbed (about 5 minutes). Allow to cool.
  2. In a blender, blend your blood plum and yoghurt until smooth.
  3. To assemble, press your strawberry slices up against the walls of a short glass. Spoon your Muesli mix into the middle, pour in the yoghurt & plum mix and garnish with a sprinkle of The Muesli Gluten Free (for crunch!) and a few pomegranate seeds.
