Ingredients
For the Raspberry Chia Jam
- 1 1/2 cups of frozen raspberries
- 1 cup of a cup of water (you can use coconut water here)
- 2 tbsp of chia seeds
- 5 dessert spoons of The Muesli Classic
- 2 dessert spoons of coconut cream
- 1 cup sugar-free natural coconut water
- 1 dessert spoon of natural peanut butter
- Extra coconut cream and Muesli, to serve.
Method
For the Raspberry Chia Jam
- Place the raspberries and water in a small saucepan and cook until it a lumpy syrup is formed, stirring and lightly mashing as it goes.
- Add the chia seeds and turn off the heat. Allow to sit for at least 30 minutes.
For the Porridge
- In a small saucepan, bring the muesli and coconut water to a simmer.
- Ad the coconut creamand simmer for a further minute.
- Serve
