Love Mango? We do too! But as a higher sugar fruit we always enjoy it in smaller portions… we promise with the lime zest and mint in this Mango Smoothie Bowl you’ll feel like you’re eating breakfast on a tropical island!
Ingredients
- 1/3 of a small mango, skin removed
- 1/2 a cup of plain greek or coconut yoghurt (check the ingredients to ensure no sugar has been added)
- A splash of milk (we used unsweetened almond milk)
- 4 large ice cubes
- 1/4 of a tsp of lime zest
- 50g of The Muesli of your choice
- Extra lime zest, fresh mint and pomegranate jewels, to top.
Method
- Blend the mango, yoghurt, milk, ice cubes and lime zest until smooth.
- Pour into a small bowl.
- Top with The Muesli, mint, pomegranate jewels and extra lime zest.
