The Muesli Chocolate Crisp

Serves 2


  • 8 tbsp of The Muesli Classic
  • Coconut Oil
  • Cacao Powder
  • 1 Fig
  • Milk or greek yoghurt, to serve


  1. Preheat oven to 120 degrees celsius. Mix The Muesli classic with your desired quantities of cacao powder and coconut oil. More cacao will be it more chocolatey and more coconut oil will make it sweeter.
  2. Place the mixture on a lined baking tray and heat in the oven until crispy - about 15 minutes.
  3. Serve with milk or greek yoghurt and top with fresh fruit - we used figs!
